Brad Smith is passionate about helping businesses improve their Quality Management Systems.

A QAI qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, Brad brings over 10 years of manufacturing leadership, including roles as a Plant Manager overseeing a $45 million business.

With 10+ years in systems auditing and 9+ years in Quality Management Systems, Brad has a wealth of hands-on experience guiding organizations through the intricacies of ISO certification.

Brad’s expertise extends to taking businesses from no certification and no documented systems to full ISO 9001 certification, while streamlining processes. His background also includes Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Black Belt training, reflecting his commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven problem-solving.

Brad’s passion for helping businesses thrive goes beyond just certification. He works closely with all levels of an organization to build management systems that are compliant, effective, and sustainable.
